The client area contains a number of private galleries of my commissioned work for clients' reference, search and ordering. Access is restricted to the client. There is no public or other user access to client galleries.
Screen size and browsers
A 1024x960 or larger screen resolution is best for this site. This site is not very usable at 800x600 or smaller. Internet Explorer is less happy than Firefox on small screens but MSIE7 manages better than 5.0. 5.5 or 6 all of which spread out the menu items too much. The site now appears to be OK in all major browsers and platforms, the only known disaster being Konqueror 3.5 on Linux which fails to show the large images. I recommend Firefox.
Please remember that you can change relative text sizes to suit your preference, by pressing the '+' or '-' keys whilst holding down the 'Ctrl' key.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, please click 'login/register' and then the 'new password' link that appears, or click here, and fill in the form that displays. A new password will be emailed to your address.
If you have trouble logging in, please remember that the username and password supplied are case sensitive. Eg 'MikeH' is not the same as 'mikeh'.
You can now login using your email address as supplied, instead of username, if you wish - but you still need the password.
How to use your gallery
On logging in, a link to your library will appear in the 'client area' menu.
This link will take you to your top-level gallery, within which each 'shoot' is a folder identified by date and title. Within these folders are thumbnails for each photograph.
Clicking on the thumbnail will produce an enlarged view. All actions are selected from the drop-down menu beneath each image.
Two slideshow modes are available, plus a 'cart' or lightbox to which you may add selected photos for review or later despatch as an email order to me. You may also email copies of individual photos to yourself or colleagues for reference or positional use.
Please note that the photos in the galleries are only approximately adjusted for exposure and colour balance. They are not representative of production file quality and must not be used for publication.

Email ordering system now fixed.
Please note that the cart email system is now working correctly and may be safely used, including CC'ing a copy of the order to yourself. I will email an acknowledgement upon receipt. If your order is urgent, please phone me to confirm a delivery deadline.

Stuck at the cart, can't add more photos
The cart requires a quantity, eg '1' typing into the quantity field before you can continue. If you leave it blank you may wonder why you are apparently stuck.

Occasional login difficulties.
If you seem unable to login even with the correct username and password, you may need to clear cookies for this site from your browser cache. Cookies are small text files left on your machine by websites, normally to assist the browser and site to interoperate.
Instructions on how to do this:- Internet Explorer

- Click Internet Options
- Click Delete Cookies
- Click OK when asked if you want to delete all cookies
- Click OK
- Firefox
- Click Tools (menu)
- Click Options
- Click Privacy
- Click Cookies
- Click View Cookies
- Click 'tonysleep.co.uk'
- Click Remove Cookies
- Click Close
- Safari
- With the browser open, click on the word Safari
- Click Preferences
- Click Security
- Click Show Cookies
- Click Remove All
- Click Done.
NB: you will have to login again after clearing cookies, but it should now work correctly.
